A plump baby need not always be a healthy baby. Sometimes ur baby may not look/ become fat because of genes.
My kids are slim, but very active. I spoke to my doc n he said that if ur baby is healthy, active and not cranky all the time u muat not worry about weight gain.
I have tried every possible food and medicines to help them gain wt but nothing really helped.
Bananas, potato, cheese and ghee are known to help gain weight.

Add ghee in whatever food you are giving like soups, rice, khichdi or puréed vegetables... Cheese you can give in finger food or grate and mix on what ever your baby eats

Hi
Ghee is a weigh gaining food... You can give cheese too if your baby is not intolerant to dairy products. Add in to the finger foods, normal soups, melt and add them
