It is possible that baby is unable to digest the formula. It is heavier than breast milk and the composition is also different. Why do you need to give formula? You can work towards only exclusive breast feeding.

pls try burping him in the middle of feed too... measurements are correct

I just tried with 30ml water and 1 scoop powder. after half n hour he vomited completely. I burped him after feeding

may be he is not able to digest it.. try to burp him twice ..once in between of feed and after the feed
