"Wheat Daliya

Ingredients :
1. Broken Wheat dalia - 3/4 cup
2. Moong Dal - 1/4 cup
3. Hing - a pinch
4. Onion - 1
5. Cut vegetables like carrot, potato, beans and peas.
6. Ghee

Preparation :
1.Wash and soak dalia and moong dal in water for 15 minutes.
2.In a pressure cooker, add ghee and hing
3. Add the onions and add the veggies and fry for a minute.
4.Then add the dalia and moong dal.
5.Add water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
6. Cool and serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
