with my son i started when he was 1 yr old but it didnt worked as he was refusing to sit on potty chair...on and off i tried to make him sit on potty chair but didnt worked..when my son was 2 yr old, on suggestions of babychakra mommies i tried with toilet ring seat ...and really it worked for me...and with in a months tym he is almost potty trained..so i will advice u to start when ur baby understands, responds and able to tell u .
