Hi, u can walk till 6 months n start jogging after 6 months. But, what u need whether it is normal or C sec is, strengthening ur tummy muscles, pelvic floor muscles, back muscles. For this, visit obstetric physiotherapist who can assess ur muscle power n teach u proper exercises. So that u can prevent sagging of abs, urine leaking when u cough, back ache etc.. So till 6 months, u can concentrate on strengthening n walking... Later on loosing overall weight.

But I have heard that stomach muscles gets hard after 6 months. Everything has to be done within 6 months of c-section delivery. After that weight loss is not possible. Is it so?

light exercise like pranayam can be done after 3 months but u should wait atleast 6 months to do heavy work out.

you can Start walking after 3 months. but better to avoid running n other exercise till 6 months.
