When can I start amla for my kid.my baby is 13 month .As Indian goose berries is one of the nutritious fruit I want to start it ... In what form I can give ? Is this the right age ?

Before that prick the amla...keep it in water for two days ....change water for the second day ...

Murabba is a wonderful idea. Right now I give my daughter raw amla. U grate amla. Sun dry it add little salt. Kids love it. Even if she eats half a spoon every day it's worth. My son loves to eat it as when he drinks water after eating it water tastes too sweet.
