hi yes do consult doctor before anything but at personal level I started from day 20th  as my doctor told ki ....it's quite k don't panic  ...rest wat ur doc advises u ..

do not need to give as a daily dose. only if child is colicky- fussy, crying especially in evenings. but pls inform ur pediatrician abt it as many docs would suggest colicaid or other medicn instead of gripe water.
