; Eat light food for like a month and then slowly start eating everything in moderation.. don't eat too oily or spicy food.. as it might cause acidity or heartburn... And you don't have to eat tasteless food.. eat regular food but with less oil and spices..
Instead of the tradtional stuff,have oats in fried rice avatar or custardy consistency with vanilla essence and some sugar. Have carrot cakes, homemade cakes, muesli OR even whole wheat pasta.
Avoid Maida though it could be constipating.
