When can you start using baby lotion on newborn face? And when can you stop wrapping baby using swaddle cloth?

Hi I did swaddle till 3 months, later she did not want me to so I stopped. Never used lotion , use Bioderma Atoderm soap https://bit.ly/324BUu1, its recommended by Paediatricians.

How old is the baby.. ??you can use baby cream on face ... Swaddle depends upon you.. I did till one year untill she tried throwing things by kicking... Else would not sleep..
