when does growth spurt happen in babies?? my lil one is 1.5 months old n last night he was demanding feed very often n crying.so i was wondering if its bcos of growrth spurt or my milk is not sufficing.

sometimes they do demand more feed and it can be a growth spurt . see how ur baby is behaving over the next few days .. if ur baby is demanding to be fed very often then mabbe  he is hungry . else that was a growth spurt.

On an average we can expect growth spurts at 15, 30, 90 days. And then again closer to six months. However it can be plus or minus a few days. A growth spurt actually means that there is some growth expected and hence the body prepares for it.

development  in every child  is of same pattern but the rate vary.... if its growth spurt baby  will relax after  feed... otherwise its smthing else
