When you want to prepare some quick, healthy plus tasty breakfast chapati noodles always works for me..
Recipe
INGREDIENTS you need
1 medium sized sliced onion
1 capsicum chopped
Half Cabbage shredded
You can use any veggies of your choice like carrot, beans etc
Soy sauce
Vinegar
4 chapati. Make a roll and cut it into noodles with knife
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, let it crackle add chopped garlic and vegetables, green chili or dry red chili, salt as per taste saute for a 1-2 min add salt black pepper crushed. Add chapati noodles now add 1-2 Table spoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar if you like you can add tomato ketchup and chili sauce. Toss everything and your chapati noodles is ready!
