Once the head engages you will feel heaviness in the lower abdomen and pelvic region. Movements will be present but mild and most of them will be more felt on the sides. Kicks and movements will feel the same as they have been feeling so far. If you feel menstrual like cramps prior to week 37 this is pre term labor and must be reported to your doctor asap.

in the pelvic region. Kicks feel like menstrual cramps. Will be Unable to sleep in flat position. Side position is better. it feels like we are in due.. due to cramps. Drinking lots of water & having plenty of rest will be a relief. if kicks continue for more than 5 min., it'd better to consult doctor
