It definitely is. After a certain age the child needs more exposure and ore school is just the right deal.

Dear @637406e44d2bbd00151fb581 ; This really depends on what your ethos about education is.
Some parents start off at a very young age and some wait it out, give the child freedom. They do not burden the child. My daughter attended playschool when she was 2.9 yrs old. She was significantly verbal by then and was toilet trained. I had requested teachers to not force her for writing,; do not test her. As a result there was no pressure and she enjoyed her playschool and nursery thoroughly. For me, play school and nursery was only for my child's social development (which I couldn't provide)
We are first teachers for our babies. As a parent, you can introduce a number of skills and activities to your child.
Having said that, a child usually attends Jr.Kg. by 4 yrs of age. You can choose to start from there or earlier.
As in, in play school & nursery? After 2 yrs i reckon little kids need to hang out with other pocket sized people to develop healthy social skills.
