You will need to avoid sugars totally also you will need to switch taking plain wheat roti instead take multigrain atta roti with mixture of of jowar chana ragi maize and gwaarfali seeds also avoid mango pomegranate as a fruits you can take more of orange watermelon papaya avoid chikoo mango and sweet pear every morning you can take methi seeds soak them and drink the water keep taking your insulin also let us know if you are pregnant so we can advise you more and I will advise you to go for a diet consultation and enroll under a nutritionist because you will need diet change after every 2 months and we will also need to check your sugar levels once in a month
