my paed. advised to give only breastmilk till two years. cow's milk is nutritious, but for the calf... the best suited milk for our baby is our milk... bit if you have been formula feeding, till one year you should continue formula. after that cow's milk can be given. i have also heard that buffalo milk is more suited than cow milk...

yes cow milk is d best for kids. bt dont feed pure milk add some water with milk it wont be heavy to digest
