u can use ghee for massage

as long as you can...who hates massage &#128525;...you can use olive oil or mustard oil in Winters.....my neighbor has two daughters aged 11 and 20 an both girls get massage from their mom every day before bath....

You can massage till you wish... coconut oil is good for all the seasons... you can also use mustard oil in winters as it's good for treating cold too.
