Hi Kanika, we opted for regular combination vaccine for our daughter, which meant only one shot of vaccine for various diseases. However it was regular one and not painless. In initial vaccines she got fever, which lasted for a day. She was less active and cranky for a day. There was no swelling or other issues, and she fed normally. However, every child is different, and might have different reactions to the vaccination. You should research more about pros and cons of each type of vaccine, both I guess are effective, just a bit of price difference. Track your baby's immunization and ensure that no vaccination is missed.
