As your baby is 11 months old now... You can slowly add everything you wish... I add spinach, peas, carrots, potatoes. Sometimes when I make khichdi for myself I give the same to baby which contains cauliflower, capsicum, tomatoes, onions... <br> Just go slow... Introduce small quantities first and then increase.

Try carrots, potatoes, gourds at the initial stage. Avoid onions for now. Make sure you introduce these one by one and in well cooke form. Make a light Dal khichdi with some veggies to begin with. don't overload.
