Onion: 1 large sliced.
Ginger garlic paste: 1 table spoon.
Green chilli: 1 chopped.
Coriander and milt leaves : washed chopped half cup.
Spices : Cumin-1/4 tsp,peppercorns- 5-6, cloves-3-4,cinnamon-1/2 inch, star anise-1 leave of the star,cardamom - 4.
Coriander powder: 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp.
Ghee: 1/2 cup.
Curd: 1 tsp.
Potato : 1 sliced.
Salt as per taste. .
🍲Method:
1. Wash keema thoroughly. Heat a pan add in ghee. Add all the spices till crackles. Now add in onion and fry until soft. Add keema and let it cook for sometime.
