we opted for painful one bcz baby gets fever after vaccination which means they are reacting n working its way out from the viruses... its just a reaction so it wont cause any harm under ur supervision

Always given a painful one. heard they are more effective. post a vaccine when kid gets high fever , it's said they actually are reacting. also painless ones are more costlier. my pedaitrician always recommended painful.
