Jyoti Sweetheart, Drink lots of fluid as bm is 80% water,include daliya in your diet,protein rich diet is very important,gondh laddoo,3 glasses of milk,green leafy vegetables,fruits (avoid citrus fruits, papaya works wonders), put jeera in everything, eat fennel after every meal,drink ajwain water. These are a few tips. Avoid gaseous food which are heavy on stomach like chickpeas etc. If you want,you can try shatavari lehya. All the best!
