many Dr's give progesterone to all women. However the medical recommendation is to only give when needed. The vast majority of women will produce enough progesterone without needing medicine. progesterone is only given to women who have a history of miscarriages. If u do not fall into this category I suggest you change your care provider as this one nos not following safe practice.
