hi richa..<br> colour doppler helps to check the blood flow to the foetus, blood flow to d placenta, blood flow to heart n brain...and also helps in checking foetal abnormalities...in normal usg v cant check these things properly...nowadays most of all diagnostic centers r having 4d colour doppler...mainly it helps in checking the oxygenated n deoxygenated blood circulation..
