Hey Shilpa, initially infants <u>generally</u> poop for 30 to 45 days, which is normal. For gas problem of baby, you need to take care of your eating habits, eat simplified food which is easy to digest, you can also use asefoetida in your daily pulses etc. Apart from it try using soft sterilized cotton to clean baby just after the poop since baby's skin is too soft and gets hurt very easily if washed and wiped repeatedly.

Lot of good suggestions, so don't worry. Ebf babies are less likely to be Colic so don't worry.

As everyone said..it's normal....I hv been there at your place so can feel u...<br> if d baby is crying and struggling..apply hing paste around d navel...my lo too used to cry while passing gas..<br> U too hv ajwain + hing +black salt after every meal..dis worked for me...<br> Massage your baby's tummy clockwise..<br> Also give him tummy time in between his feeds..this all helps in releasing d trapped gas widout any pain..
