avoid pouring water over the head. just take water in ur cupped palm n wash the face. <br> most importantly bathe baby only when baby isnt hungry or sleepy.

Babies usually enjoy water. Water should be Luke warm and slowly have to pour. first wash their body then head. While pouring water over there head... they feel suffocated. "Gentleness" is the key. You can give some bath toys.
