I feel horrible for only being able to do 18 mins of the 30 minutes today. I wanted to do it in the morning but the milkman came, just as he left the maid came, then the kids. then I tried at 4 pm and something came up, then maids one after the other then I finally pushed everyone out of the room to do my thing and 18 mins down I had a horrible stomach ache and had to get to the loo. I'm somewhat disappointed for I broke the rhythm on day 2 itself :-( unhappy today

Common you can do it... I am getting inspired..I too have started many times and there will be break often. Don't be low... Do every day..whether it's 5 mins or an hour.

I get some free time in the morning when I usually write, but I think self comes above everything :-) did my full 30 mins today. check my latest post when u find time. thank u for the tips, you make a valid point, surrounding must stop affecting me
