Dilating and curatiing is a way of cleansing the uterus of either an unwanted Pregnancy or removing the excess lining if it is causing heavy and non stop menstrual bleeding. It is best done under recommendation but doctor should not be done multiple times to terminate a pregnancy and requires about a week of recovery time.
