Yes we are living in the nightmarish times of novel Corona virus. Yes we are distancing ourselves socially to avoid the deadly virus from spreading in our country. We are stuck at home like never before and life suddenly seems so unpredictable each passing day. The pandemonium across the world is a resonance for us humans. This is the time we need to be together globally.
This is the time when the kids, the torch bearers of the future are getting their parents and families beside them like never before. Instead of cribbing and complaining we parents can utilise the time in helping them learn some important life lessons.
If you think your children are too small to understand the crisis then let me tell you that they are more sensitive than we can imagine. These young souls have already understood that it's something that's going to harm us and the environment. They are working towards it and taking the precautions seriously than most adults and educated citizens of our country.
Last night I saw our little Biryani drawing this on a notebook. On asking she said it's the picture of her family members whom she loves the most and who she feels should be together always through thick and thin. Though she is miles away from her family members yet she feels that family should be beside during crisis and help each other. She said she is praying for virus to go because she is eagerly waiting to meet her family back in kolkata and spend time with her loved ones. All these kids want is a normal life with their near and dear ones around... Let's take this opportunity and make our lives simple yet meaningful. The world is on a restart mode... Let's restart our thoughts process and retrospect on what we lost over the last few decades. It's never too late humanity. Rise and shine.
