Yoga during pregnancy is not just an opportunity to get flexible and physically healthy. Use the time to connect with your breath, your inner self and your baby. You will notice an incredible connection with your baby and this will help you develop a sense of acceptance towards your pregnancy helping you avoid pregnancy mood swings.

@5f71f284c0de030045737d73 , while it is fine to self learn yoga generally, during advanced stages of pregnancy, it is important to seek guidance from a competent teacher. If you can’t find anyone, focus on breath awareness - sit quietly and focus on the incoming and outgoing breath. You may also do simple joint exercises. Avoid anything strenuous. If you can find the right guidance, focus on pelvic floor strengthening

Consult a good pre natal yoga instructor locally. Start with simple breathing exercises. Safe joint movement exercises with breath synchronisation and awareness. I am a lawyer turner interior designer and food entrepreneur. I have a keen interest in Yoga and am completing my teachers training course from a school following the Bihar school of yoga. My wife and I are pregnant with our baby and hence I took pre natal Yoga as the topic for my final project:
