Q:

33 weeks pregnant. my nights are getting sleepless. for past 2 days not been able to sleep. getting dark circles under my eye. suggest some ideas to fall asleep. I hope my sleep less nights will not harm my baby's growth.

have warm bath before u sleep...it gives some relaxation...

Sleep is necessary but will not cause an impact on the baby at this level. Have a small cup if warm milk with honey at bedtime and a warm bath. Also use pillows including a wedge pillow to make you more comfortable. Additionally ensure that the room temperature is optimum for your comfort. Finally take a walk in the evening as exercise can also help you sleep better

try listening to lullabies (only music) in YouTube. you'll automatically fall asleep in few mins. it's true. when I had the same problem, I did that and it worked surprisingly though lullabies are meant for babies
