Aap har toh 30 minute walk shuru kato...fir dheere dheere 30 minute exercise... Aap thoda thoda kar ke har 2 ghante me khaao... Paani km se kam 3 litre piye...Ghar par bna khana hi khaaye...Jyada tel aur meetha wala na khaaye. Protein waali chije jyada khaaye... Raat ko sone k kam se kam 2 ghante pehle kha lijiye. Aur sote waqt doodh me protinex piye.
