mai 28 week pregnant hu.. mai koi solid item nhi kha pa rhi hu.. kewal liquid le rhi hu.. mai bahot preshan hu apne khanpan ko lekar.. drs please btaiye aisi condition me mai kya karu.. mera man hi nhi hota kuchh bhi khane ka.. kewal noodles burgers khane ka man hota h pr ye sb unhealthy h isliye mai nhi khati .. please koi tareeka btaiye jisse mai apni aur apne bachhe ki health la dhyan rakh saku.. thanks in advance..

hi dear, agar aapko usual food pasand nahi ho, tho usmein twist lao... like chapati ko long pieces mein kaatkar, masala, veggies daalke noodles jaise bana lo... idli ko beech se kaatke do banakar, veggies, sauce, chutney lagakat burger bana lo...dosa mein veg. toppings dalkar indian pizza bana salti ho... dahi mein fruits combine karke, nuts topping dalke healthy smoothie bana sakti ho... rice mein veggies milake biriyani bana sakti ho... apne roz ke khane ko alag se nazariya se dekh lo, interesting ban jayega... 😊 thanks for the tag asha chaudhry
