hi divya, skin colour will come back to normal soon... stretch marks you can use shea butter creams or castor oil.. over time, they should fade although they may not go away completely... and for belly fat, start by walking.. give it six months and then start exercising... ☺
Sheeba Vijesh hello i have lost more than 12 kgs after delivery but my belly is looking so bulky m really very worried cz i used to have a flat tummy 😜 when i was in hospital their physio told me 4 easy exercises two were for reducing tummy should i do them now or wait for 6 months??
3 Gentle exercises for you, soon after you deliver your baby
your physiotherapist must have mentioned when you can do them. can you tell me their names? if you had normal delivery, you need not wait for 6 months to do exercises... can you please tell me was it normal or c-section?
divya take some more time for exercise now it is too early...for stretch marks u can apply coconut oil with olive oil after bath and in night..
start having warm water u can also add ajwain and boil the water..once the water cool down then drink this..
this help you to reduce belly...and if your is normal delivery then do belly binding...
Sheeba Vijesh thank you so much dear for guiding me i had c-sec i am taking boiled ajwain water.i cant name the exercises as i dony know 😜 but they let me do those ecercises in hospital only during first 5 days...i ll go through the article you tagged me in thank you so much 😘😘😘😘
Prachi thank you so much dear i am not doing any exercise right now as i feel pain sometimes in my stitches and i feel uncomfortable too and m taking ajwain water lets see how soon i get the results 🤔🤔
i too had c-section and at the 6 week vaccine of baby, i too had a session with physiotherapist... there was stomach tightening, half bridge- where you lie flat with knees bent and raise your hips off the floor etc. if your exercises are containing these, you can do these after 6 weeks starting with 3 nos. if you feel comfortable and stiches are healing well...
to reduce dark colour . apply coconut oil on dark areas
u can reduce darkness of skin by regular coconut oil application k
Sheeba Vijesh Sheeba Vijesh ya they told me the same exercise you are talking about and another one was putting both of my hands on my head and raising myself on 45°angle.but they made me do those exercises in hospital only that too 10 times which was painful so after coming home i stopoed doing them but as you suggested m gonna start them after 6 weeks.n thank you once again 😘😘😘
