Harneet (clanpedia)

first u need to get ur health back in form, pregnancy takes a toll on the body. if its a normal delivery u shud wait 3 months if csection then 6 months. losing weight in the first month is pretty normal. i lost 14 kgs just like that. also u need to eat right cause ur baby takes ur feed. u ahud be eatimh any where from 1800-2200 calories as per ur height and weight. make sure u take protien and good fats, carbs and fiber as per ur calorie intske.

Meghana Tamraparni

morning around 8:30 one glass of milk, 10:30 upma, 1 o clock rice, lite rasam/ vegetable curry  and buttermilk, 4o clock dry fruits laddu, 6 o clock coffee or milk, 8:30 rice rasam and buttermilk, around 11 o clock one more glass of milk . I drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water everyday. In my house till three months they won't give chapati or roti .. they say it's hard food and baby may get stomach pain.

I think U r miscalculated..
it is not possible to loose 11kgs in a month..
as at that stage
the body is in healing process..
😊

Meghana Tamraparni

wz ur delivery Normal or Caesarian??

manpreet kaur

at delivery time my weight was 68 after 2 months it is 59.but my tummy is luking like 5 month pregnant.pls tell hw can I reduce

Rakhi Puri (beautyofmommying)

manpreet kaur it's normal...you will be back in shape by one year... avoid fried food and eat healthy with lots of fluids...Meghana Tamraparni we loose around 10kg right after delivery...very common... it's related to many things which comes out in delivery process....I would suggest to eat healthy as you are breastfeeding and need calories and nutrition.... roti and rice are equally important and it's myth to avoid this
