hi dear, cracked and bleeding nipples must be so painful! your baby is not latching properly, meet a lactation specialist asap. you can apply nipcare cream after feeding and clean well before feeding. you could also use nipple shields for the time being till it heals, but do not make it a habit. breastmilk not enough - this problem will also solve if you meet lactation specialist... you could book one on babychakra, if you cant find in your city...

congratulations for the same dear.. hugs to you.  As sheeba said nipcare is really good ointment..You can even apply ice pack on ur nipples before feeding.. this will relieve you. from the pain when your baby os feeding.  once she starts latching properly you wont be facing this problem.
place your nipple properly inside your baby's mouth so that it becomes easy for her to latch..

congratulations.  and for cracked nipple and bleeding try ghee ur definitely helps just apply and wipe off softly when before feed with a soft handkerchief or cotton . it will heal quickly.  I too had same issue tried all creams and medicine and finally home made ghee helped me .
