Q:

m 7 months pregnant n off lately feeling very low is this normal or m o facing depression

Sonali Shivlani

Facing some mood swings and feeling low and irritable during pregnancy and the first few weeks after is fairly normal. However if you feel that you are loosing control do speak to a counselor. Else getting family support, surrounding yourself with positive people and also finding things to do which interest you would help.

yes.. having a baby can be very overwhelming, plus the hormones are all crazy.
I am not really an expert on the scientific reasons, but I can may be help u with day to day reasons. see sometime when u r pregers u have high expectations from spouse and family and when they are not met you might feel a little upar se hormones makes you over think all the things. so if that's what's making you feel low, I suggest talk to ur spouse or family. it might still not work cz husbands tend not to "listen" but that's ok u know. u are not alone.
other remidies might be:
1) trying not stressing much
2) indulge in sweet treats sometimes
3) watch comedy movies
4) mingle with other prego moms
5) go out more often with hubby, once the baby comes it will be long long time before you both can go out for a date in peace again :)

hugs and love to u
