hi dear apka baby 6 month ka ho gaya hai, aap semi solid start karte hai, start with banana mashed, apple steam kar ke usko mash kar ke dijye, sweet potato steam aur mash kar ke, aur kuch seasonal fruits jo fresh ho mash kar ke. cereals aur dal de sakte hai .rice mash kar ke , dal mash kar ke uska puree bana kar de. please avoid dal ka and chawal ka pani kyonki usmain koi nutrition nahi hota this are empty calories .
pls DO NOT GIVE any kind of paani. dal pani mai kch nai hota. ap instead dal dijiye. dal ko achi tarah pakaye and mash and give. 3-4 spoons shud be enough and thats all. sare din mai ek hi meal dena hai. baby ka.maximum nutrition apke feed se aane chahiye. jab baby demand kare baby ko feed karo.

fruits mein you can give steamed apple, mashed banana, cheeku, papaya...initially start with small quantity specially papaya as it is difficult to digest..for now you can start with steamed apple and mashed banana in lil milk..use breast milk instead of topfeed
