Eat a balanced diet and plenty of fluids. Aim at six meals a day and 14 glasses of liquids. Wake up can be a cup of milk followed by hot breakfast like upma poha or cereal with milk. mid morning have a fruit and also a small snack like sprouts. Lunch can be regular food like roti vegetable dal and curds, same for dinner. Mid evening snacks can again be fruit, vegetable soup or juice, a vegetable sandwich or wrap.
