I have a
1 year old baby
as of now just start with walks..your body needs time to heal completely.. after you complete 6 months you can start with exercises.. if you are breastfeeding.. breastfeed itself helps to burn calories.. avoid eating fried and sugary items.. and drink plenty of water..

sheetal sharma give it time love :) 6 to 7 small meals, more of protein - think eggs, sprouts, dals. don't eat for 2 people. start walking, do kegels, heel slides. gradually add arm workouts while walking using 1 ltr bottles each. after 6 months you can increase the intensity of your workouts- strength training and flexibility. For now use bf to your advantage. It burns calories like that. take 30 min walks twice a day if you can and monitor your weight regularly. tc and enjoy ! asha chaudhry :*
