hi am 35 weeks and 2 days pregnant...i have gained 14 kg in total frm starting...dr told not to gain weight..if so baby ll become big and notmal delivery is not possible nu..feelimg very stressed...pls help me...

Don't be stressed. Something's are not in our control. Just you and baby should be healthy. Eat less calorie food with lots of green vegetables..avoid non veg. Drink lot of water.

avoid sugar, junk and oily and juices. eat more of fresh fruits, vege salad and walk after evry meal. ur food intake is much more than ur physical activity and hence u r gainimh so much weight

i hav decided to stop drinking milk and stop eating fruits frm today..so tat i wont gain weight..

stopping a healthy option like fruits will do no good. cut down on oily fried n processed foods. try to take a walk daily if doc permits.
