hi sonam. the hair fall will occur for some till your hormones return to normal. meanwhile you can have a nutritious balanced diet- include protein (eggs, pulses, green leafy veggies), calcium ( milk, yogurt, paneer, sesame seeds, cheese), healthy fats (ghee, nuts) , dryfruits, flax seeds and fibre( variety of fruits and vegetables) in your diet. Keep yourself well hydrated. Also ask for your doctor for multivitamin supplements. Continue taking calcium and iron while you're breastfeeding.   Also nourish your hair with regular masks at home. Castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, 1 egg, 1 tbsp besan 2 tsps yogurt. Beat everything together. Apply to your hair and keep for about 30 minutes. Wash off with a mild shampoo.
