Haan oats is very healthy. But why don't you add some variety to your breakfast? Eggs bhi le sakti ho aap. Rich in protein and very good for the body :-)

oh acha. koi nahi. don't take loose eggs if that's the case. see if you can get eggs from some super market around you , they will have labels like omega 3, or DHA or more protein and such. agar woh bhi nahi hai toh it's alright. oats is also good only. you can cook oats in different ways to make it interesting. but get your daily protein intake through sprouts, dals and pulses. aap milk mae proteinex powder milakar bhi le sakti ho. have dry fruits , leafy vegetables and fibrous fruits :-)

mere saath bhi same tha dear my dr suggested me to have aawla murrabba......usse hemoglobin bhi increase hota hai or pet bhi bharta hai...
oats is good for health... u can take it daily...it's doesn't harmful for u n ur baby.....enjoy
3 months tak egg avoide karne ko kaha jata hai 5th month se aap egg kha skte hain ...apne dr se consult kijiye...mai subah uthkar ek litre paani peeti hu mujje pani peene ki aadat hai uske baad mai aawle ka murrabba khaati hu ya kabhi apple ya kabhi bhindi ki sbzi se ek chapati.....bhindi and karela is very gud for this tym .....
