hi my baby isnt allowing me to do house hold works r to cook she needs me near to her always....as we r living alone...there is no one to take care of my baby....till 6 months I was in my moms place she took care of everything bt nw im unable to eat..at times im feeling very hungry...will it affect my breast milk....there is no me time for even bathing...wt cn I do hw to change my baby...pls help me

Bhuvana, i think something must be done. You need to eat very well for your good and for milk. You also need me time and bath. I did it all alone too at the same age. Its worth the investment to buy a play gym or play penn where baby can play with toyz. I used to put baby in his stroller and park baby outsude the kitchen, play music and talk. Try your best. I know it's difficult to manage alone baby & house.  I shifted from my moms place here when my daughter was 5 months old. Since then I m managing alone.  Firstly you need to be organised.  If possible hire a maid for house work.  Ask your hubby to join in few activities like bathing baby,  preparation for meals.  In the morning make quick recipes for breakfast like upma,  poha. Once baby is sleeping try to eat something, like dry fruits,  fruits,  salad(tomato,  cucumber).  Get ready made healthy mumrmra chiwda or rava,  Besan ladoo for snacks.  Don't ever leave you're baby alone coz I guess now she must be rolling &  it lead to falls.

Don't worry dear, it will take time to adjust home, climate &  work. everything will be all right at times goes. You don't feel good  & uncomfortable at your place now, bcoz you were stay at mom place. Little bit hard.
Suddenly you & your baby can't accept this situation . Give time all will go smoothly. First take care your  baby. You can bath when malish wali comes that time you go for bath. Or when your baby sleep that time you go for bath.  Or when your hubby available that you go bath. Cook when hubby present.

hi bhuvana, it would take some organizing on your part. at times like this, go for easy to make recipes. put baby on floor and eat near her. even now i swallow most of my food hoping that my stomach will do the grinding works. drink 2 glass milk daily with a good mom's protein powder. eat smart. on a sunday, when your hubby is home, prepare ahead for the week. you can cut and store vegetables in separate packs and store in freezer. even coconut you can grate and store. likewise, make garlic and ginger paste. this way, making meals will be easy breezy. take bath either before hubby leaves, or when baby is sleeping(make baby sleep on floor mattress). do not go without eating, it will cause you health problems. make a mixture to nuts and seeds and you can have them as snacks too...
