I have a

I had done with c section in January still same problems goes with me..... doctor recommended till now irons or calcium....on daily basis ... drink milk or eat healthy.....
hi dear, aap doctor se consult kare, kahin koi deficiency nahi hai... aur bethne ke posture par bhi dhyan dijiyega...
back ko support dene k liye ek takiya lekar baithati hu
isn't it enough??
pls suggest me more techniques for correct posture
6 months at least..take your calcium iron supplements, plenty of water..keep a pillow beneath your leg and back while feeding..do not sit for a long time..sleep when your baby sleeps, avoid lifting anything heavy and doing any straining exercise, long walks etc..eat healthy..include more of veggies n fresh fruits and sprouts in your diet..keep a pillow below your feets and between your knees to support your back while sleeping..
Hi Sheetal, I had normal delivery and suffered from these pains till 1 yr. Pls take ur cal, iron or vit supplements timely (most important), chk for vit d or calcium deficiency, get regular massage at least for 3 months with some good ayurvedic oil which will.help release any muscle stress. Delivery k time blood loss se iron n cal ki kami ho jati h jise pura hone mai time lagta h. aur hamari body mai 9 months tak bahut changes aate h unhe b normal hone mai thoda time lagta h but don't worry massage lo relief milega.
