Ho Arzoo. Its common to have back pain but you must take care of your back. Ensure that you always sit in a good straight posture with your back well supported. You can use a hot water bottle to ease pain. Do talk to your Dr about it. I found doing SAFE yoga also helped. Check them out on the App.
hi yes back pain is normal in pregnancy..you can some back exercises to Ur gynec. I also asked some exercises , you will feel much relief after that.and please don't sit for longer period and take a look on your sitting posture. take care dear

Hey arzoo.. Back pains are attached to Pregnancy.. But as per ur description it seems u hav a very unbearable pain.. Hav u spoken to ur gyanac?
I too hav back pain n some times during to standing for an hour in kitchen or so the pain is very unbearable I immediately stop all my Wrk n rest...
As per Pooja ensure u hav a good posture... Don't directly bend Frm back.. Squat n pick up things etc all such small things matters a lot.. Take care
