I have a
1 year old baby
nisha- tummy will take time to go but it will reduce gradually. for now start walking twice a day daily for 30 minutes. keep bf as much as possible. take 6 small meals. have something small every couple of hours. it will help in burning more calories. reduce your portion sizes. we often eat more than we realize. cutting down one third helps. keep yourself hydrated. Maintain a regular weight log.
