I have a
1 year old baby
haan. walking ke saath you can do some arm workouts like arm raises, arm circles with 1 kg weights.you can also do leg raises and calf raises to strengthen your legs. kapalabhati and anu loma viloma can be done. if you have done yoga before you can start with a few gentle surya namskaras and slowly move on to other asapas apne diet ka bhi dhyaan rakhein. 6 small meals a day instead of 3 is better. also maintain a regular weight log. it will keep you motivated. tc :-)
