Raaghavi yuvaraj, please dont worry dear. Stomach pain and back pains usually occur, if you fail to take enough rest. Try to share your workload and take some rest atleast during your periods. Also if your gynac has given calcium and iron supplements then please do take as you may feel tired if you r iron levels are low.keep yourself hydrated. If you feel your pain is unbearable which you have not experienced before your pregnancy then consult your gynac.take care
Pls take rest and eat well. For back pain i strongly recommend doing yoga after 5- 6 months.
