Hi Dhiraj Sugar nd weight control karne ke liye proper diet follow karna jaruri hai jaise har 2 ghante mey khana chahiye matlab ek baar mey jyada amount mey khana ya snacks na khaye usko divide karke har 2 ghante mey khaye,
Rice, sweets, potato avoid kare,
Fruits mey watermelon, mango aur grapes avoid kariye
Sab se jaruri baat har roz atleast 30 mins walking karna jaruri hai
Isse sugar bhi control hoga nd weight bhi.
