Please give the diet chat for mom after delivery including fruits,vegetables,and all items ( should eat, should not eat)

Raji you can have everything home made in moderation include lot of jeera, ajwain, saunf, garlic, daliya, oats, nuts, dry fruits, eggs, milk and milk products in your diet regularly. Drink atleast 3 to 4 litres of water. Keep latching the baby to your breast often. First 10 days you can avoid spicy, fried and masala foods. Later on you can have, avoid eating out for 1 or 2 months.
